We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items unless item is damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at contact@luvaessentials.com within 2 days of receiving item for a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing and Shipping

Processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once order is processed, it will be shipped out which can take an additional 2-5 business days to receive depending on destination. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Errors in Address/Orders

It is a joy for us to have you shop with us. Therefore, we want to make sure that your order doesn't get lost during shipping. In order to accomplish this, please make sure that you input your correct and complete address when placing order including apartment numbers, suites, unit numbers, etc.

Also, please refrain from using any PO Boxes.

Luva Essentials is unable to make any changes to your order once placed so please make sure ALL information is correct before submission.

If your order is returned to us by postal service or get delivered to the wrong address, we are not responsible and will not issue refund. We will offer store credit if your order is returned to us by postal service for the amount of your purchase and you can reorder.
